Jack Cline is one of the best people to work with when buying your first home. We’ve had the pleasure of doing business and he was always attentive and looking out for OUR best interest. Jack was our agent for a full 7 months, so we really got to know him and his work ethic. Throughout that whole time, he made himself available any time, day or night. Jack Cline, what to say about him, to be quite frank , anything I say would probably be an understatement. Aside from going above and beyond his duties as an agent, comparing to other agents I used. He is one of a kind. Initiated a call to him on a Saturday for the sell, he responded to my house working 1 hour with a full review of comps, recommendations and suggestions, with print outs. Which probably would take others a few hours to do. His professionalism, staff and drive to the success of the sale is beyond exceptional, a true 10 star out of 5 rating. Closed on the 5th for the sale of the house, so I decided to use him for the buy of my new house. Closed the buy on the 4th. Again 10 out of 5 star rating. His dedication, support to the successful completion of the sell and buy was greatly appreciated and noted and will not go unrecognized in my books and I would highly recommend him to any and all who reads this review. I bombarded him with so many questions and he was not only quick with responding but very knowledgeable in regards to the housing market. I’ve bought and sold many properties and worked with many realtors and to say Jack is on top of things is an understatement. Communication and promptness for replies is big for me and he was outstanding not only with his responsiveness but creative strategies for getting an impossible property during a down time in the market get sold.
